NY Governor Andrew Cuomo says legalizing recreational marijuana is now not in the 2019 budget. This is a story that Political Anchor Dominic Carter did on the matter, talking to prominent clergy members.

Ten states and the District of Columbia have legalized recreational marijuana. New York and New Jersey could join them.   African American lawmakers want guarantees OR nothing. That money from the $3 billion industry will benefit communities disproportionately affected by the war on drugs.
