Was it a CHOKEHOLD used on Eric Garner by NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo?The Medical Examiner says YES it was a chokehold. The AUTOPSY photos were quite graphic of Mr. Garner. Here is PBA President Pat Lynch who argues JUST the opposite about a chokehold.
