A Major Storm is brewing in New York

Not only does The former U.S Marine have tremendous criminal liability BUT so does the man that was holding down Mr. Neely's hands, as Neely was fighting for his last breath of life as the Marine also had Neely's legs pinned down. A MAJOR STORM is brewing in New York over the death of homeless man Jordan Neely, who had been arrested 44 times, and allegedly had threatened passengers aboard a New York City subway train and said he was prepared to go to jail for life...declaring he was hungry and apparently throwing garbage at train passengers.
