Instead of humility, we saw defiance. But here’s the truth: you’re a comedian who isn’t funny anymore. You’re no Eddie Murphy, and let’s be clear — you’re not on the same level as the President of the United States.

And when the President hit a nerve by pointing out your failing ratings, your response was to brag that “millions are watching me right now.” That may have been true in the moment, but the real question is: how many will be watching next week?

Face it, Jimmy — your show is on life support.
